摘　　要：采用自制的电解池用电化学腐蚀方法制备多孔硅,使用正交试验法设计阳极腐蚀参数。使用原子力显微镜研究多孔硅的微结构,分析并讨论了实验参数对多孔硅微结构的影响,确定了最佳制备工艺。Porous silicon （PS） was prepared by the electrochemical etching technique with self-made cell. The orthogonal experimental method is adopted to design anodization parameters. The microstructure of PS is studied by using atomic force microscopy （AFM）. The effect of anodization conditions on the microstructure of PS has been analysed and discussed. Finally the fabrication conditions were optimized.
