摘　　要：“十五”期间,黑龙江省旅游业始终保持了旺盛的增长势头,全省共接待海外旅游者342.96万人次,旅游外汇收入14.24亿美元,接待国内旅游者1.83亿人次,国内旅游收入1016.99亿元人民币,实现了从资源大省到旅游大省的转变,随着市场经济的发展和人民收入水平的进一步提高,旅游业在国民经济中的地位和作用越来越重要。因此,研究和探讨黑龙江省旅游业发展的趋势及对策,具有十分重要的意义。In the nation＇s 10th Five - Year Plan session, Heilongjiang province tourist industry has maintain vigorous rising momentum, According to 3. 4296 million foreign travelers, foreign exchange revenue 14.24 billion dollars, 1.83 billion domestic travelers, tourist income of 1016.99 billion liMBs, Heilongjiang province had transformed from natural resources province to tourist province. Accompanying the proving of market economy and ineressing of the people income level, tourist business have bigger influence on national economy. Consequently, It is extremely significant for the studying of Heilongjiang province totwist business developing trend and countermeasures.
