摘　　要：发展区域经济是振兴东北老工业基地的重要课题。东北区域市场的形成离不开地方政府的作用,研究东北地方政府在区域经济协调发展中的作用领域和范围,探讨地方政府管理行为创新,对促进东北区域经济的协调发展具有重要的现实意义。在分析东北区域经济现状的基础上,提出促进东北区域经济发展的地方政府管理行为创新取向。Developing the regional economy is the important task for promoting northeastem old industrial pank.The formation of northeastern regional market is baaed on the ltcal government. It is significant that I do rome research on the foundation field and the scope of northeastern regional government in hammonious development of the regional economy, probing into the innovation of the regional government management, which will promote the development of northeastern regional economy. Baaed on analyzing the eeonomic situation in northeast region, this article advocates the innovation measures of the local government managment to promote northeastern regional economic development.
