摘　　要：目的:通过4例(6个肢体)同种异体肢体移植,探讨免疫排斥反应的相关问题。方法:在联合应用新型高效的免疫抑制剂和较满意的组织配型的情况下,实施同种异体肢体移植。结果:4例(6个肢体)全部成活,功能恢复较满意,其中1例曾出现中度急性排斥反应,经治疗排斥反应消退。结论:在良好的组织配型及理想的免疫抑制剂的治疗下,同种异体肢体移植可以不出现排斥反应。Objective： To discuss the correlated problem of Immunological rejection through 4 cases of limb allograft. Methods： 4 cases of limb allogerafi were done under the combination application of new-type immunosuppressive agent and satisfactory tissue-matching. Results： All 4 cases （6 limbs） were succeeded with satisfactory functional recover. Conclusion： Under the application of ideal immunosuppressive agent and satisfactory tissue-matching, the allografted limb could survive without rejection.
