摘 要:目的:探讨应用微创外科技术早期修复重建膝关节周围损伤的效果及临床意义。方法:85例膝关节周围损伤采用微创外科技术手术治疗。手术分两类:(1)关节镜下组织修复重建手术。(2)关节镜辅助骨折复位固定手术。结果:平均随访16个月。5例剧烈活动后膝部胀痛;膝屈曲100°,其余病例关节屈曲均在130°以上,全部病例都已恢复原工作和运动。结论:微创外科技术应用于膝关节周围的早期修复重建,明显提高治疗效果,避免术后并发症和膝关节继发性损伤,有助于降低膝关节周围损伤患者的伤残率,提高生活质量。Objective: To study the clinical effect and significance of application of minimal invasive surgical technique for early repair and reconstruction of injuries of knee joint. Methods: 85 patients were treated operatively with minimal invasive surgical technique. The surgical methods were divided into two types: arthroscopic surgery for reconstraction of tissue and arthroscopic assisted surgery for reduction and fixation of fructure. Results: All patients were followed up averagely for 16 months. The patients resumed their original work and sport activity, and without symptom during the following up except five of them, who had a comlaint of gas pains after violent sports. ROM of two patients was 100 degree and that of the others was more than 130 degree. Conclusion: Application of minimal invasive surgical technique for the early repair and reconstrucation of injuries of knee joint would improve greatly the results of the treatment and avoid the post operative complications secondary injure, so that the degree of disability would be reduced and quality of the Life would be improved for the patients injured.
