摘　　要：目的:探讨动力加压髋螺钉治疗股骨上段粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法:在2001年6月至2004年6月期间我院对17例股骨上段粉碎性骨折患者采用动力加压髋螺钉手术内固定治疗,进行回顾性分析、评价。结果:所有病例均获随访,时间16个月,平均12个月,骨折全部愈合,无髋内翻、股头坏死等明显并发症。功能评定:优14例、良3例。结论:应用动力加压髋螺钉治疗股骨上段粉碎性骨折具有结构合理、固定牢靠、力学性能稳定、并发症少,可早期离床活动、髋关节功能恢复好等优点,是治疗股骨上段粉碎性骨折的较好方法。Objective： To inverstigate dynamic hip screws（DHS） in the treatment of comminuted fracture of proximal femur. Methods： 17 cases with comminuted fracture of proximal femur were treated with internal fixation by DHS, between June, 2001 to June, 2004, And made retrospective analysis and evaluated through clinical data. Results： All cases were followed-up ranged from 9 to 16 months, with average of 12 months. Complete union were found in all cases without complications such as hip joint coax vara. external rotation, femoral head necrosis. The function recovery was excellent in 4 cases and fine in 3 cases. Conclusions： The curative outcome of comminuted fracture of proximal femur with DHS was affirm. It has obvious advantages of good reduction, reliable fixation and less complications. DHS is especially suitable for comminuted fracture of proximal femur.
