摘　　要：目的:探讨单边外固定器加简单内固定治疗不稳定胫骨骨折的经验。方法:对46例粉碎性、斜型、螺旋型等不稳定胫骨骨折,采用单边外固定器外固定加简单内固定(螺钉、钢丝、克氏针、丝线或可吸收缝线)。结果:经术后随访,平均愈合时间8个月,骨不连再手术2例,再移位3例。结论:单边外固定器加简单内固定治疗不稳定胫腓骨骨折可以弥补单边外固定器固定不牢固的特点,扩大了其适用范围。Objective： To discuss the experience of single border extra-fixation cradle combinating limited internal fixation to cure instability tibiofibular fracture. Methods： To adopt single border extra-fixation cradle combinating limited internal fixation （screws, steel wire, steel needle, silk thread and assimilated thread） to cure 46 cases of comminuted, inclinedhelix tibiofibular Fracture. Results：46 cases were followed-up, the average followed-up period was eight months. The excellent and good was 41 cases, the average concrescence time was 8 months. 2 cases of nonunion fracture was operationed again, and 3 cases occurred postoperative replacement. Conclusion： Single border extra-fixation cradle combinating limited internal fixation to cure instability tibiofibular fracture can make up the disadvantage of the former fixation, which enlarge the indication to use it.
