虎杖对急性上消化道出血的临床及实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察单味虎杖治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效。方法:采用虎杖口服液治疗急性上消化道出血160例,随机设西药对照组91例,对比观察两组临床疗效,并进行药理药效研究。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.87%,与对照组相比,具极显著性差异(P<0.01);止血时间平均2.86d;虎杖口服液毒性小,最大耐量为40g.kg-1。结论:虎杖口服液对急性上消化道出血具有促进内凝血和抗纤溶等止血功效,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Huzha oral sdution on treating acute upper grastrointestinal haemorrhage. METHODS 251 cases of acute upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group （n=160） treated with Huzhang oral solution and control group with routine merhods, then the therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. The pharmalology and pharmacodynamics of Huzhong oral solution were studied in animal experiments. RESULTS The average stanching time in treatment group was 2.86 days and the total effective rate of treatment group, 96. 87% ,was superier to that of control group （P〈0. 01 ）. 40 g·kg^-1 , so it is a low-toxicity drug. CONCLUSION Huzhang brinolysis in treating acute upper grastrointestinal haemorrhage. The maximal tolerance dosage of Huzhang oral solution is oral solution could promote coagulation and resistance of fibrinolysis in treating acute upper grastrointestinal haemorrhage.
