外剥内扎加皮桥整形术治疗重度环肛混合痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨更加完善的治疗重度环肛混合痔的手术方法。方法采用外剥内扎加皮桥整形术,治疗重度环肛混合痔50例与传统的外剥内扎术治疗50例对照。结果治疗组与对照组在一次性治愈、肛门外观满意度、皮桥水肿、术后小便、大便困难、肛门皮赘残留方面(P<0.05)差异有显著性。结论外剥内扎加皮桥整形术治疗重度环肛混合痔有较高临床实用价值。Objective： To explore more mixed hemorrhoid. Methods：A total of perfect operative methods in treatment of severe circumferential 100 cases patients of the severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （50 cases） was treated by the lateral stripping medial ligation combining skin bridge plastic operation. The control group {50 cases） was treated by the traditional lateral stripping medial ligation. Results：The two groups have significant differences in sat isfaction rate, therapy duration and complications. Conclusion：The lateral stripping-medial ligation combining skin bridge plastic operation have higher clinical practical values in treatment of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid.
