摘　　要：回肠胆汁酸结合蛋白是参与胆汁酸重吸收的一种胞质蛋白,在胆汁酸的肝肠循环中发挥重要的作用。回肠胆汁酸参与胆汁酸的重吸收,使肝肠循环中胆汁池增加。胆汁酸为胆固醇代谢的产物,胆固醇为血脂的主要组成部分,而高脂血症是导致动脉粥样硬化的重要因素,因而今后可以回肠胆汁酸结合蛋白为靶点研究设计新型降脂药,治疗高脂血症,抗动脉粥样硬化。Ileal bile acid binding protein （IBABP） is a cytosolic protein relating to cholesterol absorption and plays an important role in the hepatoenteral circulation. IBABP participates in absorption of bile acid and improves the bile pool. Bile acid is the product of cholesterol metabolism. Hyperlipemia is an important factor of artherosclerosis（As） , so IBABP will be a new target of new drug of lowering the blood ester, healing hyperlipemia and anti-atherosclerosis.
