摘  要:采用电沉积技术制备了N i-M o合金电极,研究了电流密度、pH、温度对电极析氢催化活性的影响,得出了较适宜的工艺配方,该配方下制备的合金结构介于晶态和非晶态之间,具有较好的析氢催化活性。在28%的KOH溶液中,析氢电流密度为100 mA/cm2时,析氢电位比N i电极降低近300 mV。Ni-Mo alloy coatings were prepared by electro-deposition. The effects of deposition condition such as current density, pH and temperature on the catalytic activity for hydrogen evalution reaction of the Ni-Mo alloy coating electrode were studied. Ni-Mo alloy coating obtained within an appropriate rang of preparing condition, was between crystalline and amorphous in structure. In 28% KOH solution, while the current density of hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) was 100 mA/cm^2, the potential of Ni-Mo alloy near 300 mV lower than that of Ni.
