摘　　要：首先对网上银行系统在整个银行信息系统中的定位和重要性进行了研究,分析了网上银行发展的新趋势,并结合笔者曾经参与建设的一家国有大型商业银行的网银系统的设计和实现,详细阐述了网上银行的核心架构和业务需求。Firstly the author studies the position and significance of e-banking system in the whole banking system, and analyzes the new trend of e-banking development, then elaborates on the key framework and the demand of operations confined with the design and implementation of e-banking of a large state-owned commercial bank that the author participated in.
