摘　　要：目的在口岸中开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作,加强对国际旅行人员的健康教育和行为干预,防止艾滋病经口岸的扩散蔓延。方法对在国际旅行人员中开展 VCT 的意义、重要性、可行性等方面进行探讨。结果 VCT 鼓励有危险行为的人进行自愿的而不是强制的艾滋病检测,并在检测前后为受检者提供咨询以及相应的支持,是预防和控制艾滋病的重要手段,它在国际旅行人员中的开展,是目前传染病监测工作的有效补充。结论出入境检验检疫机构应在国际旅行人员积极开展VCT 工作,进一步建立和完善 VCT 的网络,防止艾滋病经口岸的传人传出。Objective VCT was developed to strengthen the health education and behavioral intervene of international travelers, prevent AIDS from pervasion and spreading in frontier. Method Investigate the meaning, importance and feasibility of VCT in international travelers. Results VCT encouraged people with dangerous behavior to be tested AIDS voluntarily but not compul- sorily. It offered consultation and corresponding supports for the subjects receiving inspection before and after the test. It was an important method to prevent and control AIDS, and was developed in international travelers. It was an effective complement to supervise infectious disease. Conclusion Entry -Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau should actively develop VCT among international travelers, establish and perfect the network of VCT much more, prevent AIDS from introduction and spread out by port.
