摘　　要：背景由于缺乏统一的医疗信息交换标准,医疗机构内部和各医疗机构之间信息交流受阻;目前国际旅行卫生保健中心广泛采用的单机或局域网非标准化格式有碍于行业间的信息交流。方法依据 HL7标准建立服务型国际旅行保健信息化平台。结果促使保健中心内部及其与相关机构间的信息交流简便畅通。Background Without medical data exchange standards , the medical data obstruct inside Medical Organizations and between the Medical Organizations; Single or Partial Network edition without base on standards are popular in many International Travel Health Care Center which made data exchange obstruct now. Methods Establish Client Oriental Information System for International Travel Health Care base on HL7 standards. Results Promote medical data exchange simple and convenient between Travel Health Care Center and related Organizations.
