摘　　要：本文研究了影响锌铬涂层性能的几个主要因素,包括金属粉、还原剂、铬酐、涂层Cr6+含量和pH值对涂层性能的影响。研究表明,采用不同制备方法所得到的金属粉对涂层性能有较大的影响;涂液中还原剂、铬酐、涂层Cr6+含量和pH值对涂层性能都有影响。In this paper, researched the main effect factor of specification of zinc coating properties, including Zn - flakes, reducing agent, chromic anhydride, Cr^6＋ content in the film and pH of coating were discussed. The result showed that various Zn - flakes produced by different methods affect evidently the properties of anticorrosive coating; The content of reducing agent, chromic anhydride, Cr^6＋ and PH in coating are effect the properties of coating.
