灯盏细辛治疗脑出血恢复期的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察灯盏细辛注射液对脑出血恢复期的治疗作用。方法:85例脑出血患者随机分成治疗组45例和对照组40例,治疗组给予灯盏细辛注射液加基础治疗,对照组单用基础治疗,疗程均为14天,分别于治疗前、后采用NIHSS量表及头颅CT对临床和影像学改变进行评价。结果:灯盏细辛注射液治疗组的神经功能改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组评分为(3.19±1.63)分,而对照组为(6.78±1.99)分;治疗组头颇CT观察血肿吸收明显好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:灯盏细辛注射液治疗脑出血恢复期的疗效显著。breviscapus treating patients with cerebral hemorrhage on rehabilitation phase. Methods ： 85 pastients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment and control group. Treatment group were given both Erigcom breviscapus and basic therapy on 14^th day,while control group only given basic therapy at the same time. The changes of clinic and image was evaluated by NIHSS and CT scan on 1^th, 14^th ,28^th day respectively. Results ： Patients in treatment group improved obviously than control group in NIHSS scores and haematoma volume（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ：Injection Erigcorn breviscapus is one of good drugs for patients with cerebral hemorrhage on rehabilitation phase.
