摘　　要：文章通过对刑事诉讼证明标准的认识主体、内容和程度进行阐释,指出了我国刑事诉讼法在诉讼证明标准方面存在的制度缺陷,并为建立更具系统性和可操作性的刑事诉讼证明标准体系提供了几点设想。Proceeding to explain the cognition corpus,contents and degree, the article polnted out the institutional defect existing in our criterion of criminal litigation proof and provided with the assumption for establishing more systematic and more operatable criterion system of the criminal litigation proof. y fair
