多变根毛霉对小白鼠的致病性研究

摘　　要：用１０只健康小白鼠对多变根毛霉规则变种进行致病性研究。结果表明１０只小白鼠的脑组织病理切片在接种后７、１４、２１、２８和３５天均显示有多数宽大、无分隔的菌丝，但培养仅在第７天时阳性。其它内脏器官组织病理切片未发现真菌菌丝。In order to invesigate the pathogenicity of Rhizomucor variabilis var. regularor,experimental studiesof animal model had been done in 10 male healthymice. The brain histological sections of all 10 miceshowed many broad,non-septated hyphae on 7th dayand the cultures were positive,afterwards,the culturebecame negative, but hyphae in the brain sectionscould be seen till the end of 35 days. No fungal structure was found in the sections of other viseral organs.
