摘  要:研究了KNO3/AlSBA-15负载型分子筛催化剂用于碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与丙醇的酯交换合成碳酸二丙酯(DPC)反应.分别考察了载体的制备方法,活性组分的负载量,催化剂的活化温度及反应时间等因素对催化活性的影响,研究表明该催化剂对于这一反应具有较高的催化活性.当摩尔比DMC∶丙醇=1∶4,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的3%,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为6h时,DPC的选择性为96.0%,收率为90.2%.The catalytic properties of KNO3/AlSBA-15 for the synthesis of dipropyl carbonate (DPC) by interesterification from dimethyl carbonate(DMC) and propanol were studied. The effects of preparation methods of supports and loading quantity of KNO3 as well as calcined temperature on the activity of the catalyst were investigated. The results indicated that the catalyst for the synthesis of DPC had a high activity. Under the conditions as follows : reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 6 h, molar ratio of DMC to Propanol 1 : 4 and catalyst content 3%, the yield of DPC 90.2% and selectivity of DPC 96.0% were achieved.
