摘　　要：介绍湖北楚星化工股份有限公司1994年至2004年用宜昌磷矿,在小磷铵装置萃取槽、过滤机、喷浆造粒干燥机不变的情况下,实现了粒状磷铵由30 k t/a扩能达100 k t/a的技改。综述了配套工艺、设备材料改造情况及生产实践中发展的一些新观点。In Chuxing Chemical Co., Ltd., granular ammonium phosphate are produced by Yichang phosphate rock, and its capacity was increased from 30kt/a to the present 100 kt/a in the past 10 years （1994 -2004）, whilst the main equipment such as extraction tank, filter and spray- granulator kept unchanged. The improvement is presented in the technology, equipment and materials.
