摘  要:正确地选择和确定形位公差的项目、基准及数值对机械零件的设计是十分重要的。依据机械零件的功能要求,并考虑其使用性、工艺性和经济性的综合效果,详细分析了确定形位公差时公差项目、基准和公差数值的选择方法。零件的功能特性是选择形位公差项目、基准和公差数值的基础;公差间的关系可作为进一步精选它们的依据;同时还应兼顾经济性和测量的方便性。It is extremely important to select and determine shape and position tolerances in the design of mechanical parts correctly. The criteria for determination of shape and position tolerances was introduced, on the basis of functional requirements of mechanical parts' syntheiic effects of its usage, technology and economic results. The choice of tolerance items, standard and values was analyzed in detail. The functional characteristics of mechanical parts are the foundation to select the tolerance items, standard and values .The relations between them can be used as the basis to determine them, at the same time, economic efficiency and convenience to measure were also considered.
