摘 要:为了使民用住宅节能保温设计与东北地区严寒气候相适应,保证室内良好的热环境要求,并符合国家节能设计规范,提高开发商投资效益,本文对住宅墙体中常见的热桥部位进行分析,并研究了局部保温的措施,结果表明:保温构造层的连续性,可防止在保温层断续处出现传热薄弱,该做法有利于节能设计的发展。In order to conform the energy-saving and heat preservation of the residence building with the cold weather in the north-east part of China, an analysis of the common heat bridge section was made, the local heat preservation measures were studied so that the energy-saving design can be developed. This also guarantees an agreeable temperature inside the house, meeting the national energy-saving criteria, and financially benefiting the entrepreneur. Results expatiated that continous properties in constructural layers for heat preservation can prevent weak heat transfer from occurrence intermittently. This method is favourable for energy-saving designs to be developed.
