摘　　要：介绍了虚拟仪器的概念。论述了智能虚拟控件原理及功能赋予、测试融合和积木式拼搭等概念。设计了基于智能控件原理的虚拟仪器开发平台。充分展示了国产化虚拟仪器产品及其在教育、监测诊断等方面的应用。The concept of virtual instrument is introduced. The principle of Intelligent Virtual Control and the ideal of function endowing, test fusion, building up as blocks are illustrated. The developing platform based on intelligent Virtual Control is designed. The domestic virtual instrument and its application in the field of education, monitoring, diagnosis and etc. are fully exhibited.
