摘　　要：采用区带毛细管电泳法分离测定洋金花中3种莨菪烷类生物碱—阿托品、山莨菪碱和东莨菪碱。以57 cm×50μm熔融石英毛细管为分离通道,工作电压25 kV,温度25℃,200 mmol/L Tris-H3PO4(pH=8.3)为背景电解质。经优化分离条件,3种莨菪烷类生物碱达到基线分离,此方法快速、简便,可作为中药材洋金花中有效成分分离的方法和质量控制方法。A new method was developed for the determination of tropane ＇alkaloids. The best results in the shortest time were obtained at 25 ℃ and an applied voltage of 25 kV, using an uncoated 57 cm × 50 μm i.d. capillary and a 200 mmol/L Tris-H3 PO4 buffer pH 8.3. Based on these parameters, the analytical method developed was found to be suitable for the herb samples.
