摘  要:锗与山奈黄素在H3PO4介质中发生配合反应, 形成配合比为2:1的配合物, 此配合物在乙醇溶液中具有很强的荧光强度, λex=438 nm, λem=478 nm. 用山奈黄素荧光分光光度法测定痕量锗, 检出限为0.15 μg/L, 线性范围为1.0~50 μg/L. 高、中、低3种浓度锗的相对标准偏差分别为 0.85%、 2.5%、 2.8%, 加标回收率为95.7%~103.9%.A highly sensitive and fairly selective fluorometric determination method of germanium with kaempferol was developed. Fluorometric reaction of germanium and kaempferol forms a complex in phosphoric acid, and shows intense fluorescence in ethanol solution. The molar ratio of germanium to kaempterol in the complex is 2 : 1. The complex has an excitation maximum at 438 nm and an emission maximum at 478 nm. The detection limit of germanium was found to be 0.15 μg/L. The linear range was 1.0 - 50 μg/L. The relative standard deviations obtained for the 11 replicate measurements of germanium of high, medium and low concentrations within the linear range were 0.85 %, 2.5 %, 2.8%, respectively. Recoveries of germanium in mushroom were in the range of 95.7% - 103.9%. The effect of several ions was not serious.
