单侧唇裂整复术中红唇的美容修复探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨单侧唇裂整复术中红唇的美容修复方法,提高整体整复质量。方法对126例Ⅰ°～Ⅲ°单侧唇裂患儿在常规Millard术式和口轮匝肌功能整复的同时,采用肌肉嵌入法修复红唇。结果除2例分别于术后第2天、第3天因缝线脱落效果不佳外,120例红唇外形、解剖标志恢复良好,成功率95%。结论对于单侧唇裂整复手术,在常规Millard术式和口轮匝肌功能整复术的基础上,根据个体特点,配合卷入式、直接式、交叉式肌肉嵌入法修复红唇,整体效果更加完美。Objectiv One of the fdifficulty of the taxis of cleft lip is the labellum cosmetology , In order to discuss the methods of labellum cosmetology and improve the quality of the taxis, we are using the methods of muscle inlay to restore the labellum in taxis of single deft lip. Methods Using the methods of muscle inlay to restore the labellum when we use the routine operation of Millard and the taxis of orbicularis otis to clue 126 patient of single deft lip on degree of Ⅰ- Ⅲ .Results Except 2 eases have bed results because the sutures are falling off after operafiom in 2 and 3 days,the other 120 cases have excellent results with good shapes and good dissection character,the rate of success is 95%. Conclusions The effect will be better if we use the methods of muscle inlay aeeorcling to the individuality of patient when we use the routine operation of Millard and the taxis of orbiculafis otis in taxis of single cleft lip.
