摘 要:介绍了远场区电磁屏蔽材料屏蔽效能同轴测试法的原理背景和测试方法,建立了各种测试方法的等效电路模型,分析了影响测试结果可靠性的主要因素,并对各种测试法的性能进行了比较。同时指出了同轴测试法在电厚情况下的局限性是限制同轴测试法高频应用的主要原因之一。The analytical background and test methods of the coaxial transmission introduced. The equivalent circuit models for every coaxial test methods line approaches for simulating a far-field source were were described and the main factors that affect the measurement results were analyzed. The performance of all the coaxial test methods were compared each other. Above all, the failure under the condition of thick sample condition was pointed out in this paper, which is one of the main factors that limits the coaxial test methods for high frequency application.
