摘 要:在高性能电磁屏蔽方舱屏蔽门的设计中,正确设计门铰链对于提高屏蔽门的电磁屏蔽指标和保证屏蔽门的使用寿命至关重要。分析了门铰链的设计要求,说明了四种常见门铰链的结构特点、运动轨迹和安装要求,比较了各自性能的优缺点,从而确定了各种门铰链在高性能电磁屏蔽方舱中的运用场合,为广大方舱及屏蔽室设计人员设计方舱屏蔽门提供参考。The design of high performance shielding door hinge is very important for the improvement of the electromagnetic screening performance of the shelter, and would prolong the service life of the shielding door. In this paper the design specification of high performance shielding door hinge was be made out, then listed four kind of classic door hinge and expained the merit and shortcoming of their structure, at last how to use the door hinge in design of square-cabin and shielding room was be made clear.
