摘  要:软土地层条件下,采用冻结法土体暗挖施工地铁联络通道具有大的风险。通过对上海地铁M线工程实例,介绍了冻结法施工联络通道的工艺、风险点的设立及风险分析,并详细叙述了风险控制对策。提出了从严选择设计施工单位、认真检查施工环境和设备、严格执行工艺要求等风险控制监理对策,得出认真实施风险控制可有效地控制工程风险的结论。The metro connecting passage construction is of great risk in soft ground using the freezing method. Through the engineering practice in Shanghai Metro Line M, the construction workmanship, risk point establishment and risk analysis are introduced in this paper, including detailed measures to cope with such risks. Supervisory strategies are proposed for risk control that the design and construction companies be selected strictly, that the construction surroundings and plant be inspected carefully and the requirements of execution be fully satisfied. It is concluded that careful execution of risk control can effectively bring the project risk under control.
