摘  要:利用导电混凝土力场-电场相互比拟的数值模拟方法研究混凝土轴心受压构件受荷破坏的全过程·应用材料破坏过程分析软件MFPA,把混凝土视为由水泥砂浆基元和粗骨料构成的复合材料,对构件的受力、变形与内部裂纹萌生、扩展及最终破坏的全过程进行了数值模拟,计算出与实际构件尺寸一致的石墨混凝土单轴受压模型破坏全过程的力场·根据由实测的石墨混凝土割线模量-应变与电导率-应变曲线得出的力学量与电学量之间的比拟关系,将力场转换为电场·这不仅为导电混凝土电学关系的获取提供了一条新的途径,也为结构的健康监测等提供了一种新的计算方法·An analogue between mechanical and electrical fields of conductible graphite concrete was done through numerical simulation to investigate the whole failure process of uniaxial compression members by use of the numerical code software MFPA (material failure process analysis). The concrete is regarded as a composite material made from cement mortar matrix and coarse aggregate. The whole process simulated includes the loading conditions and deformation of members, formation/propagation of their internal cracks and how they finally come to failure, from which the mechanical field of uniaxial compression model of graphite concrete is worked out with the same size of real concrete members. Then, the analogous relationship between mechanical and electrical quantities is obtained according to the curves of measured secant modulus-strain and conductivitystrain, thus convening the mechanical field into electrical field. It is a new way to get the electrical relationship of conductible concrete and will provide a new approach to safety monitoring for structures.
