摘 要:在群体决策分析过程中,由于多种因素的影响,各个专家的决策结果很难达成一致·为了评价每个专家的决策水平,从群体判断一致性的角度,给出了一种基于语言评价矩阵的分析方法·介绍了有关语言评价矩阵的定义及性质;分别定义了3个一致性指标:专家群体对各方案的一致性指标;专家对各方案的一致性指标;两个专家之间的一致性指标·语言评价矩阵用来表述专家针对方案集和指标集给出的偏好信息,根据矩阵计算得到的各个专家的方案排序向量,进而可计算得到3项一致性指标·通过对3项指标的分析,可以判断各位专家的决策水平·最后通过一个算例说明了这种方法·The decision maker has scarcely obtained consensus opinions of all problems with each other because of many influencing factors in group decision-making. So, a method based on linguistic assessment matrices is put forward to analyze the assessment level of each expert in a perspective of group' s judgment consistency. Introducing the definition and characters of linguistic assessment matrix, three consistency indices are defined individually, i. e., the consistency index among different alternatives given by an expert group, that among different alternatives given by individual experts and that between two experts. The linguistic assessment matrix is thus used to express the linguistic preference information for alternatives with respect to attributes by expert. In this way the three consistency indices based on the individual vector of alternatives computed for every expert are obtained to judge the asscssment level of each expert. A example is given to illustrate numerically the method proposed.
