摘　　要：目的探讨踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合分离的治疗方法。方法踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合分离患者53例,行踝-下胫腓联合固定。结果全部病例均获得随访,随访时间6-39个月,平均15个月。随访时根据Baird-Jackson评分系统评定疗效:优37例,良11例,可4例,差1例;优良率90.5%。结论下胫腓联合对维持踝穴的完整及稳定具有重要意义,恢复踝穴的解剖关系及稳定的内固定,有助于早期功能锻炼,最大限度地避免后期创伤性关节炎的发生。Objective To explore the treatment of ankle fracture combined with abruption of lower tibiofibular ligament union. Methods 53 cases of ankle joint fracture combined with abruption of lower tibiofibular ligament union. All the patients were fixed with cancellous bone screw. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 - 39months. According to the Baird - Jackson Scoring, excellent in 37, good in 11, fair in 4, poor in 1, excellent and good rate was 90.5 %. Conclusion Anaemic relation of the talus is key point for ankle fracture combined with abruption of lower tibiofibular ligament union, stable internal fixation and exercises early can avoid the occurrence of traumatic osteoarthritis.
