摘　　要：研究目的是开发烟秆为制浆新原料,采用爆破法制浆,使制出的纸浆性能达到A等瓦楞原纸和A等箱纸板的要求,并研究用这种纸浆生产合格的牛皮信封纸和精制牛皮纸。本研究创新点是:烟秆原料经过认真除髓,并使用多级预处理及新的助剂合成技术,使之达到预期的效果。如果要生产合格的牛皮信封纸和精制牛皮纸,需要配以33%的针叶木硫酸盐浆。The purpose of the study is to develop tobacco stalk as a new pulping raw material and produce pulp appropriate for making grade A corrugating base paper and Grade A linerboard with the explosion pulping and to produce qualified kraft envelope paper and fine kraft paper. The innovative point of the study is that for all the tobacco stalk, after careful depithing with multi-stage pretreatment and new additives synthesis technology, the anticipated effect can be attained. For the production of qualified kraft envelope paper and fine kraft paper, 33% needle wood KP is needed to add.
