摘　　要：介绍了基于西门子200系列PLC的传统磨浆机控制系统,就运行过程中的两点问题提出了改进方案。改进后的控制系统经过在纸厂的实际使用表明,在继承了传统方案平稳、精确的打浆控制的基础上,大大提高了系统的可靠性和安全性。The traditional control system of refiner based on the PLC of Siemens 200 is introduced and analyzed, and then an improvement proposal is made for two problems in the operational process. The improved control system is proved with the application in the paper mill that, in addition to inheriting the steady precise performance of the traditional control system, the reliability and security were greatly improved.
