儿童股骨颈骨折的治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童股骨颈骨折的治疗方法。方法对15例儿童股骨颈骨折资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果其中颈部骨折6例,颈基底部骨折7例,粗隆间骨折2例。采用牵引复位后C形臂下闭合空心钉固定9例,切开复位空心钉内固定6例。15例全部随访,随访1-10年,根据儿童股骨颈骨折术后评定标准,优8例,良4例,可3例。总优良率为80％。结论无论闭合或开放复位,准确复位、避免多次复位是影响手术成功的重要因素。Objective To study the treatment of femoral neck fracture in children.Methods 15 children patients with traumatic fracture of the femoral neck were subjected to operation,and their clinical data were studied retrospectively.All of the cases, there were 6 cases of type-transcervical,7 cases of type-eervicochanteric and 2 cases of type -intertrochanteric.These cases were subjected to closed or open reduction operation with 2-3 center hollow pressed bolt and were conducted by tract bed and＂C＂arm Xray machine.Results All the cases were carried out follow-up for 1-10years; bases on the scale of grading standard, 8 were excellent,4 good,3 fair.The overall excellent and good rate was 80%.Conclusion Exact reduction and avoid repeat operation are important for treatment of femoral neck fracture in children.
