摘　　要：经纬双弹直贡新产品,改变了市场纬向单弹织物多而双弹织物少的局面,织物服用性能好,产品风格独特、个性鲜明,适应了当今产品开发的潮流。文章介绍了精梳经纬双弹新型面料的产品规格、工艺流程、主要生产技术、攻关重点及主要工艺参数。The introduction of new bi-stretch satin drill has changed the market situation that weft-stretch fabric overrun bistretch fabric. The new product, featuring good wearing properties, unique style and distinguished individuality, has catered to the latest trend of product development. A total solution for producing such fabric from raw material selecting to production process and technique has developed and the product proved to be competitive on market. The article introduces the experience of developing and producing bi-stretch fabric with combed stretch warp and filling by discussing product specifications, process flow, key production technology, key problems have been tackled and key process parameters.
