摘　　要：离岸金融市场监管与在岸市场监管相比体现出以下特殊性:一方面离岸金融市场受来自于多方面监管,另一方面由于种种原因该市场监管宽松、相对自由、不受任何单方面完全控制。This paper holds that the supervision of offshore financial market, in comparison with that of onshore market, exhibits the following features： on one hand, offshore financial market is under the supervisory influences from many parts, on the other hand, the supervision is loose, comparatively free, and is out of the control of any single country.
