摘　　要：根据纺丝工艺对电气传动高同步性、高精确性、高转速、高可靠性、少维修的要求,简要分析了螺杆挤压机及纺丝计量泵变频调速系统调速方式及基本原理。采用变频调速系统可以满足熔体纺丝对电气传动的要求。Based on the requirement of spinning technology on electric transmission ,such as high synchronism, high accurate, high rotation speed, high reliability and not much maintenance, the speed regulating type and basic theory of the screw extruder and spinning metering pump frequency converting speed regulating system were briefly analysed. By using the frequency converting speed regulating system the requirements of melt spinning on electric transmission were satisfied.
