摘　　要：介绍了英国电子政务互操作框架和美国联邦企业架构两个电子政务顶层设计报告中关于标准体系建设方面的特点;并基于对比分析,提出在我国电子政务标准体系建设方面应重点考虑标准编制、标准和标准体系动态更新和面向应用标准研制的建议。This paper introduced the standard framework of eGIF and FEA. Based on the contrast between the two framework, the aspect of standard working, standard and standard framework dynamicrenewal, application standard development are purposed in buiding process of national E-government standard framework.
