蜂毒注射液治疗恶性肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察蜂毒注射液对肺癌、胃癌患者的治疗,探讨其临床疗效。方法将95例患者随机分为蜂毒注射液组、联合治疗组(蜂毒注射液+化疗)、化疗组,观察其对近期客观疗效、临床证候改善情况和生活质量的影响。结果蜂毒注射液在近期客观疗效方面,客观缓解率为2.86%,疾病控制率为40%,3组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);在改善临床证候方面,3组分别为42.86%、75%、43.33%,3组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中联合治疗组的临床证候改善作用最为显著;3组治疗对一般生活状况改变无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论蜂毒注射液能稳定瘤体,抑制肿瘤生长,具有一定的抗癌作用,与化疗合用有显著改善临床证候的作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of the injection on the treatment of lung and stomach cancer. METHOD 95 patients were randomly divided into a bee venom group, a combined treatment group （bee venom and chemotherapy） and a chemotherapy group, to observe the effect of the injection in improving clinical symptoms and life quality. RESULT The remittance rate and disease control rate of the injection were 2.86% and 40% respectively, with no statistical significance among the three groups （P 〉 0.0% ）. The symptom improvement rates of the three groups were 42.86%, 75.43% and 43.33 % respectively, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. No marked differences were found in life quality improvement among the three groups （ P 〉 0.0% ）. CONCLUSION Bee Venom Injection can inhibit the tumor growth. It has anti - cancer effect and can greatly improve clinical symptoms when used in combination with chemotherapy.
