3种植物精油对小眼书虱的控制作用

摘　　要：采用索氏提取法,以乙醚作为有机溶剂提取辣椒、柑桔皮、臭椿皮精油,详细研究了其对小眼书虱的控制作用。结果表明:3种植物精油中臭椿皮精油和辣椒精油对小眼书虱具有明显的驱避作用,而柑桔皮精油对小眼书虱具有非常显著的引诱作用;3种植物精油对小眼书虱均未表现出一定的触杀作用;3种植物精油对小眼书虱均有一定的熏蒸作用,其中,辣椒精油的熏蒸作用最强。The authors extracted the essential oils of Capstcum frutescens L, Citrus suavissina Tanaka and Ailanthus altissima by Soxhlet extraction with anhydrous diethyl ether and investigated in detail their controlling effects on Liposcelis paeta. The results showed that essential oils of Capstcum frutescens L and Ailanthus altissima significantly repelled L paeta, and essential oil of Citrus suavissina could markedly attract L paeta. All of the three kinds of essential oils didn＇ t possess contact - killing effects, but had toxicity of fumigation to L paeta, among of which, the fumigation toxicity of Capstcum frutescens essential oil was the strongest.
