摘  要:用1对16SrDNA通用引物,对4个拮抗细菌96-38、96-41、96-79和9682的基因组DNA进行扩增,PCR产物经克隆、测序、同源性分析表明,这4个菌株的16SrDNA全长均为1513bp,同源性达99.79%,仅在13个碱基位点存在差异。Blast分析发现,这些菌株与Genbank收录的芽孢杆菌属5个菌株16SrDNA序列的同源性为99.1%~99.9%,由此推断这4个拮抗细菌为芽孢杆菌属细菌。The genomic DNA samples from four strains of antagonistic bacteria were amplified with universal 16S rDNA primers. The products were cloned and sequenced. Homological analysis revealed that the sequences of four strains were all 15 13bp with 99.79% identity and 13 base loci were different. Blast analysis showed that the 16S rDNA homology was 99.1% to 99.9% between the 4 tested stains and 5 stains of Bacillus in the GenBank. So it was concluded that the four antagonistic bacteria belonged to Bacillus.
