摘　　要：应用PBS液计数法、孔雀绿染色计数法和3种甘油卵囊原液(甘油∶卵囊原液分别为1∶2,1∶1,2∶1)计数法,对同一样本中牛安氏隐孢子虫卵囊进行了计数和比较。结果表明,孔雀绿染色计数法具有灵敏、特异和易操作等特点,是一种比较好的隐孢子虫卵囊计数方法。The oocysts of same kind of Cryptosporidium andersoni sample were counted by different methods such as PBS, malachite green stain method, and three kinds of glycerin solutions （glycerin/ oocysts sample was 1 ： 2,1 ： 1,2 ： 1 respectively） methods. The results indicated that malachite green stain method was sensitive, differential, convenient, and it was the best one among the 5 methods.
