摘　　要：文章介绍了SEG连续碱减量机在仿真丝织物上的应用情况,连续式减量机由碱液浸轧槽,反应蒸箱及干洗槽三大部分组成;碱减量工艺则在碱液浓度、反应温度和反应时间之间进行调节和控制。并还对碱减量加工过程中对半制品的要求、减量率的确定、影响减量工艺的因素进行了分析。In this paper, SEG continuous alkali deweighting machine made in Korea, composed of padding trough, steaming chamber and open washer, can be applied to silk-like fabric. While alkali deweighting process can be adjusted and controlled among concentration, temperature and time. The requirement of semimanufactures, the determination of the deweighting rate and the effect of the process,are also analysed.
