摘  要:对酸化交联蒙脱土进行了X射线衍射、电镜和比表面积分析,当质量分数为15%的硫酸酸化交联蒙脱土时,d001=1.25 nm,比表面积为229 m2/g。用合成的酸化交联蒙脱土作催化剂,苄醇和冰醋酸为原料直接酯化合成了乙酸苄酯。结果表明,质量分数为15%的硫酸酸化交联蒙脱土催化活性最好,反应条件为n(醇)∶n(酸)=1∶1.2,ω(催化剂)=0.4%,反应时间为1.5 h,醇酯化率达到99%以上。Crosslinked montmorillonite and the acid-treated crosslinked montmofillonite were studied by means of XRD, BET and SEM. For the 15% (mass fraction) acid-treated crosslinked montmorillonite, its surface area was 229 m^2/g, d001 = 1.25 nm. Benzyl acetate was prepared directly from benzyl alcohol and acetic acid with acid-treated montmorillonite as the catalyst and toluene as the water stripping agent. The results show that the 15% (mass fraction) acid-treated crosslinked montmorillonite is an excellent catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions were that n(alcohol) : n(acid) was 1 : 1.2, to(cat) = 0. 4%, and the reaction time was 1.5 h. The esterification rate was about 99%.
