缬沙坦对原发性高血压并阵发性心房颤动病人P波离散度的影响

摘　　要：目的通过观察口服缬沙坦前后原发性高血压并发阵发性心房颤动(AF)病人P波离散度(Pd)的变化,评价缬沙坦对Pd的影响。方法选取69例高血压并发阵发性AF病人,口服缬沙坦治疗3个月,治疗前后分别采用同步12导联心电图机测定Pmax和Pmin,计算Pd并比较其差异性。结果口服缬沙坦治疗3个月后Pd明显减小(t=6.21,P<0.01)。结论口服缬沙坦能改善原发性高血压并发AF病人心房电生理异常,减小Pd,降低AF发生率。Objective To evaluate the effects of Valsartan on P wave dispersion（Pd） in patients with essential hypertension complicated paroxysmal atrial fibrillation（AF）. Methods Sixty-nlne patients were selected and their Pmax and Pmin were measured by 12dead synchro electrocardiography before and after three-month treatment with oral Valsartan. Pd were calculated and compared. Results Pd obviously decreased after the treatment with oral Valsartan. Conclusion The treatment with oral Valsartan can improve the atrial electrophysiologieal abnormalities, cut down the Pd and reduce the incidence of AF.
