摘　　要：近代甬籍名中医曹炳章是一位专藏中国医药学典籍的藏书家,他共收藏中国医药学典籍5 000余种,是迄今为止有资料可稽的收藏中国医药学文献最多的藏书家。所藏典籍不但涉及中国医药学的各个领域,而且质量高。藏书中不仅有大量明清精刻本、孤本、珍本、钞本,还有不少日本旧刻本、钞本。他还利用藏书校订、著述、编辑古今中国医药学典籍400多种,为祖国的中医药文献事业作出了杰出贡献。Cao Bingzhang（ a modern famous Ningbo native herbalist doctor） was a bibliophile, with a collection of 5000 high quality Chinese medicine classics, the richest collection known so far. His collected books are characteristic of completeness, and high quality. Among the books, there are many rare editions, unique copies, curiosa, and manucripts of the Ming and Qing dynasties, and Japanese old block-printed editions, hand -copied books. He also revised, wrote, and compiled more than 400 books of Chinese medicine, and made a great contribution to cause of Chinese medicine literature of of China.
