摘　　要：肝病证治散见于《伤寒杂病论》诸篇,分别为解肝郁(疏肝解郁,宣通气血);清肝热;退黄疸(清热凉肝,利湿退黄;清热凉血,解毒退黄;散寒燥湿,温运退黄;解表清热,除湿退黄;理气破血,逐瘀退黄);降逆(暖肝祛寒,补虚降逆;镇肝和胃,降气消痰);温通;柔肝体(酸甘敛阴;益胃养阴;防治并重);祛水气;刺期门;实脾。可见,仲景治疗肝病,认识深刻,方法完备,形成了肝病治疗的基本体系,是为后人师法。The treatments for hepatopathy wer discussed in several chapters of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellenous Disease,They included relieving the depressed liver,treating jaundice,lowering the adverse flow of qi,warming yang for the flow of liver-qi,nourishing the liver,dispelling the retained fluid,needling ch＇ime,reinforcing the spleen.Zhongjing＇s treatments for hepatopathy were perfect in methods with profound comprehension,forming the basic treatment principle for the study by the physicians of later generations.
