摘 要:用离心沉积方法在NiO-YSZ阳极基底上沉积了氧化钇稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)薄膜,并在1 400℃烧结达到致密;用SDC的硝酸盐浸渍改进的LSM作为阴极,组装燃料电池。阳极通入干燥的H2作燃料,阴极直接暴露在空气中,单体电池在650℃的开路电压(OCV)为1.059 V,说明薄膜是完全致密的;800℃时的最高功率密度为535 mW/cm2。800℃时的阻抗谱表明,通过改变阳极端的气氛,可以区分出阴、阳极的阻抗。Yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) thin-film layers were deposited on NiO-YSZ anode substrates by centrifugal deposition technique, and the layers were sintered at 1 400℃ to obtain dense membranes. The cathode was prepared by impregnating nitrates of SDC into LSM. The single fuel cell was assembled. The anode fed with dry H2 as fuel and the cathode exposed to air, the open circuit voltage (OCV) of the single cell was 1.059 V at 650 ℃, which proved the thin-film was dense. Maximum power density was about 535 mW/cm: at 800℃. The impedance spectra of the cell at 800 ℃ was analyzed, the results showed that the anode/cathode impedance could be figured out by changing the gas composite of the anode.
