摘 要:采用自制的LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2作正极材料,以石墨作负极,组装成413450型锂离子电池.分别在25℃和55℃下以3.0~4.2 V为电压区间,1 C充放电,对其电化学性能进行测试和研究.结果表明:55℃下电池的首次放电比容量为143 mAh/g,25℃下为138 mAh/g;电池在55℃下充放电循环85次,容量保持率为92.15%.过充、热冲击和常温短路实验的顺利通过,证明样品材料有很好的安全性能.The 413450 type battery had been made by using graphite as anode material and self-made LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 as cathode material. The electrochemical performance was studied and tested at 25 ℃ and 55 ℃, charged-discharged between 3.0 - 4.2 V with 1 C rate. The results showed that the initial discharge specific capacity of the battery was 143 mAh/g at 55 ℃and 138 mAh/g at 25 ℃ .The capacity retention rate of the battery was 92.15% after 85 charge-discharge cycles at 55 ℃. The overcharging, thermal shock and the normal temperature short circuit tests of the batteries had been passed. The results proved that the sample material had good safety performance.
